WHO ARE WE?
We are a non-profit Foundation dedicated to Helping Children by enhancing their childhood experiences.
This foundation began when a group of people saw a need in their community and, encouraged by their faith, took action. There are needs throughout this wonderful city and state that must be met for our children and as the Alpha Children's Foundation grows, so will the number of areas that we can serve and assist.
We welcome everyone to take advantage of the information that we work hard to collect for families throughout the city. We feel you will certainly enjoy the information in our family resources section (under the News & Events tab), as well as looking for gifts to get your favorite teachers when school starts up again (see our Teacher's Wish List Section).
We are always in need of volunteers and donations, especially since we are strictly a donation and fundraising based foundation - so that we may remain available to all children in need and not just to those that "qualify".
We are currently serving the Collins Garden, Graebner, Kelly and Hillcrest Elementary and Briscoe Academy inner-city communities.
(...And look forward to expanding our help to other communities as our funds expand)
